As Mr. Cow Couple, I am a District Sales Manager for BouMatic, one of the largest dairy equipment and supply companies in the world, by day. By night I enjoy around the house projects (Mrs. Cow Couple’s honey-do list), anything to do with working with and showing dairy cows, and recently refurbishing old milking equipment in to new things!
Nicole. Hey ya’ll, thanks for stopping by! As the Mrs. half of The Cow Couple, I spend my days as a large animal veterinarian helping my clients keep their animals happy and healthy. When I’m not working you can find me in my kitchen baking or, as weather permits, outside gardening. In 2013 I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance (no ice cream was a real bummer), but in the last 5 years I have been on the hunt for creative ways to include lactose free REAL dairy products in my cooking. I hope you enjoy following along with us as we navigate through this new chapter in our lives!
Oliver (AKA Ollie). Hi, my name is Ollie and I’m super excited to meet you! I love everyone, especially if you have people food and you’re sneaky enough to give it to me when my mom isn’t looking. When I’m not scavenging for people food I spend my days protecting my home from delivery guys, cars driving down the street and little old ladies out for a mid-day walk. I LOVE to go outside and “chase” the rabbits, squirrels and cats that think MY yard is their home too. If I’m not eating, barking or chasing you can find me napping in the sun or on my mom’s pillow until she finds me and makes me move. Rude.
